What We Own

We provide you with access to certain materials and built in tools to help you create logos, videos, and websites through Videowhoa and associated domains of www.Videowhoa.com.

All material available on Videowhoa, and all material and services provided by Videowhoa, its affiliates, employees, licensors or other commercial partners including, but not limited to templates, layouts, all informational text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, documentation, design and layout, graphics, audio, video, design and functions, files, documents, images, or other materials and components are the property of Videowhoa LLC or other parties that have licensed their material or provided services to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws, and may not be duplicated under any circumstances, or used otherwise than described in this agreement.

Your Rights to Use What We Own

By becoming a Videowhoa user you obtain a right to use our services and the products you get by using our services. You own all intellectual property related to your content and materials created by you, including videos, logos, websites. Videowhoa does not have ownership rights on your content. After purchasing a video, logo or a website, it becomes your own property; thereby you are to be held accountable of its further use. If you use the products obtained from Videowhoa LLC in any ways contradicting the law you are responsible and liable for all the respective consequences.

Subject to this agreement. Videowhoa hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use the materials through a user identification reference provided by Videowhoa (User ID) to the extent, and only to the extent, necessary to access and use the Services in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Your Obligations

As a Videowhoa user, you agree, acknowledge, warrant and undertake that:
You are at least thirteen years old, or sixteen years old if you are an individual within the European Union, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into the Videowhoa Terms and to form an agreement for yourself or on behalf of the person or entity committed by you to the Videowhoa Terms.
The services or products of our website are suitable for people who are at least 16 years or older. If you are younger than 16, please don’t give us your personal information or use our website without parental supervision. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and encourage parents or guardians to monitor their children’s use of Videowhoa.

You ensure that the email address provided in your account registration is valid at all times, and you will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.

You shall not provide false information, perform any manipulation in order to disguise your identity or otherwise use the services or materials on the website to impersonate another person or entity.

You may not upload individual files larger than 25MB.

You shall not share your password, let anyone else access your account. You will not attempt to or actually access the services by any means other than through the interfaces provided by us.

You give Videowhoa a full power, consent, and authority to access any websites, web pages and/or other online services, for the purpose of importing, copying, displaying, uploading or using your user content.

You shall not seek to trace another Videowhoa user or otherwise interfere with or violate any other user’s rights, or collect personally identifiable information about visitors or Videowhoa users without their express consent.

For the sole purpose of making the services available for you, you agree that we will need to access, upload and/or copy your user content to our platform, including cloud services, to make display adjustments, to duplicate for backup and perform any other technical actions connected with our services.

You agree and acknowledge that your subscription shall automatically renew in accordance with the above-mentioned terms. You may turn off the auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at any time via your user account or with the help of our Support Team.

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use and display the materials and tools provided by the website. You will agree that you will not modify, alter, reverse engineer, or exploit in any way the materials or tools provided by Videowhoa, or access or use our services for competitive analysis purposes or in order to build a competitive product or service.

General Restrictions

As a registered user you acknowledge that the services, templates, layouts and other tools and features provided through or on this website are made available only with www.Videowhoa.com and they are copyrighted work of Videowhoa . Videowhoa is fully disclosed if you use our services or tools in a way that may violate certain laws or regulations.

You shall not use the website and the products you obtain from the website for any illegal or immoral purposes, including unauthorized or illegal advertising of promotional materials, such as junk mail, spam, fraud, scam, phishing, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

You shall not create an account for anyone other than yourself and will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our express written permission.

You shall not use the Services for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or insider trading.

You shall not upload, post, email, transmit, execute or otherwise make available or initiate any content that contains software viruses, worms, Trojan Horses, time bomb, web bug, spyware, malware or any other computer code, files or programs that may or intend to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the services or that may impact the ability of any other Videowhoa user to access the services.

You shall not create videos that are pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent, Illegal (including stolen copyrighted material and material that infringes or has the potential to infringe the intellectual property rights of another), reasonably likely to cause harm, or that could be reasonably considered as offensive, harassing, bullying, slanderous or libelous, breaching another’s privacy.

You shall not use the Services for competitive analysis in order to build a competitive product or service.

You shall not remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks and signs indicating our proprietary rights or rights of any of our licensors.

You shall not access to Videowhoa website, services or user accounts through any means or technology (scraping and crawling), other than our publicly supported interfaces, or otherwise use any illegal action to collect login data and passwords for other websites, software, services, or third parties.

You shall not disable, bypass, circumvent, or avoid any measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Videowhoa services, your user platform, the account of another user(s), or any other systems or networks connected to the Videowhoa, by any illegitimate or prohibited means like password mining, hacking or other.

You shall not use any automatic device, script, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any manual process to access, copy, acquire or monitor any portion of the Videowhoa services, materials, documents, information, data, or content through any means not made available through our services.

You shall not take any action that imposes an unreasonable large load on the infrastructure of our services, as well as the systems or networks connected to our services.

By using Videowhoa Logo Maker, you agree, acknowledge, warrant and undertake that:

You agree to allow Videowhoa to use, worldwide and free of charge, any version of your logo, or its elements to display for referential purposes, marketing and promotional activities, and modify it as reasonably required for such purposes.
Icons, fonts, colors and other design elements offered to you through Videowhoa Logo Maker are provided to all users of Videowhoa. We cannot guarantee that your Videowhoa Logo will not be considerably similar, or even identical, to Videowhoa Logos of other users.
Videowhoa shall not be liable or responsible in any way for the content you provide as a part of your Videowhoa Logo, including the accuracy and appropriateness of all data and content you submit during your use of Videowhoa Logo Maker, including your business name, tagline and other details.
Once purchased and downloaded by you, you shall not alter, modify or create any derivative work of your Videowhoa Logo.
You shall not assign or resell your Videowhoa Logo to anyone if you are not granted such opportunity and/or licence by your subscription type.
You shall not copy or use logo elements displayed to you within Videowhoa Logo Maker which you have not purchased.
Fees you pay for a Videowhoa Logo are non-refundable. If you have a reason to believe that you were mistakenly charged, please contact our Support Team via support@Videowhoa.com. We will consider your request for a refund at our sole discretion, provided however that you have not downloaded your Videowhoa Logo.
The use of Videowhoa is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the website or the services will be constantly available or always functionally error free.

Violation of any of these policies may result in user information tracking with such information being stored to identify the offending user. Offending users may be permanently restricted from holding an account or using our services with or without further notice, and without any refund.
If Videowhoa reasonably determines that your account is being used for illegal or fraudulent activity then your account may be immediately terminated and your financial data erased. We may also report you to law enforcement officials in the appropriate jurisdictions.

Buying or Ordering Products and Licenses

When you purchase a product from Videowhoa, you acquire a license to use, copy, perform, distribute and display the product. You are not granted the rights to modify, resell, use, copy, perform, distribute or display the products for broadcast television, radio, or theatrical media unless you purchase the product in high quality.

In case of ordering a product from Videowhoa , you pay the fee and acquire a non-exclusive license to use the product in accordance with the conditions of the license that you acquire. Note, that once the order has been submitted, you cannot cancel it.

All payments on Videowhoa are being processed by third party payment processors that we believe are in full compliance with GDPR requirements. However, they may have Terms of Use other than described in this agreement, so we encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the Terms of Use of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

The payment on Videowhoa is processed in US dollars which is the currency of the United States of America and the buyer is responsible for all costs of currency conversion from his or her preferred currency to the US Dollar. Videowhoa is not responsible for any differences caused by change of currency exchange rates you were charged by third parties.

If we record a decline or any rejection of a charge payable fees on your Videowhoa account, this will be considered a breach of your payment obligations and we may disable or terminate your account.


Certain paid services at Videowhoa include auto-renewal option by default to ensure you will not experience any interruption or loss of services. Such Paid Services will automatically renew upon the end of the subscription period unless you cease your subscription and erase your data from the third party payment processors. All payments on Videowhoa are being processed by third party payment processors and you may need to finish the deactivation process through a redirected link.
If we fail to collect the fees owed by you, we may suspend or cancel your subscription without further notice.


For any questions or concerns regarding a payment made to Videowhoa, please, contact our Customer Support team before filing a chargeback or reversal of payment as the failure of your chargeback may result in your being liable for all fees applicable to the Videowhoa services primarily purchased by you.
Contacting us first will also prevent the Videowhoa services from being cancelled and your account being blocked.

Please note that the Refund amount may be different than the amount you were charged due to currency changes and third party fees.

Videowhoa has no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including but not limited to, if you:

a) have changed your mind about a purchased product.
b) bought a product by mistake.
c) do not have sufficient expertise to use the product.
d) do not have any need to use the product.


We’ll do our best to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. However, you agree that Videowhoa may, in its absolute discretion, and for certain reasons and at any time, with or without notice interrupt or suspend your right to access the whole or any part of the website.

Videowhoa may also interrupt or suspend the provision of the whole or any part of the content and/or the services available on the website to users whom Videowhoa reasonably believes have infringed upon other users’ rights or violated the terms of this Agreement.

Your account will be available until you delete it through your profile settings. Your projects and uploaded media, on the other hand, may not be available if you do not log in to your account within 60 days.

After 60 days from your last activity, if you are not a subscribed user or have not made any purchase, all your uploaded files and created projects will permanently be deleted from our servers with a prior notice through email.

You agree that Videowhoa will not be liable to you for any loss that you may suffer as a result of automated deleting of your projects and media files, as well as in cases of any interruption or suspension.

The videos, logos and websites you create on Videowhoa will be available on My Videos, My Logos and My Websites pages, respectively. Your videos are marked unlisted by default. That means only people with the link can see your videos. You can make them private if you do not wish anybody else but yourself to have access to them or you can make them available for other Videowhoa users to see or share. In this case, we do not accept responsibility for the way they will use that data.

Services and Usage

Our services are free of charge unless you want to own the product you create as a result of using Videowhoa services.
Videowhoa features two payment systems. The information about each type is listed on our Pricing Page. The plan types, names and prices may change occasionally. Check the Pricing Page before purchasing a video or plan from Videowhoa.

For all subscription plans, payment occurs on a pre-pay basis. The amount you are to pay and the length of your videos will depend on the subscription type you choose. Upon the subscription we give our users a certain amount of videos and media storage per month and payment automatically renews at the end of each term.

You can use the intended number of monthly exports. The credits you don’t use during the month will be enrolled and added to the next month.

Each subscription plan has a certain amount of HD video credits and length limitations. We’ll charge 1 export credit for each 5 minutes of videos created on our platform. For example, if you create 48-minute video through your business subscription plan, we’ll charge 10 video credits for one export.

If you decide to cancel the payment, you should cancel your subscription prior to the next billing term. Once subscription is cancelled we are eligible to downgrade the user to free plan and if the storage limits of the previously subscriber’s media library exceeds that of available for the free plan, we can delete items in the media library in order to meet the data storage requirements of the free plan.

As for Pay per Export option, once you complete a payment for a product, you will have the opportunity to download the product. Only the latest version of your rendered videos, logos and websites will be saved on your Dashboard as we always overwrite old files.


The certain areas of this website are password restricted. If you visit Videowhoa for any purpose other than browsing the website, alternatively, if you want to establish a user account in order to create videos, logos and websites, you will need a user ID (provided by us) and a password to access the restricted areas of the website (video editor for instance).

All information of users login, emails and passwords are very confidential. All the passwords provided by our users are one way encrypted, and even we cannot see it.

However, you are responsible for the safety and confidentiality of your account and you are obliged to notify Videowhoa if your password is lost or stolen or if your account is disclosed to an unauthorized third party user.

We will have to terminate your account immediately if you:
a. use a false name
b. provide bogus personal information
c. utilize an email address owned by an unknowing third party.


The use of this site is completely empowered by the Videowhoa’s Privacy Policy found at Privacy Policy Page

Third Party Websites, Content and Copyright Policy

Videowhoa may link to external sites that are not under our control. These links are not endorsements to those external sites and those websites does not follow the same usage term or privacy policy as Videowhoa.

We also get content from third party creators. All the supplying individuals or companies have the right to their content, and you should not download, modify, reproduce, edit or enhance any of that content without getting permission from the creator or supplier.

Note that you shall not upload; possess and use for purposes other than personal and noncommercial-any text, video, images, audio recording or other material protected by proprietary right without prior having obtained the permission of the owner. Videowhoa is not responsible and can not be held liable of any copyright violation on the part of its users.

Using global brand names or marks on this site does not imply that the names or marks are retained by the site.They are the property of their respective owners and Videowhoa may not be held responsible if your use of the trademarks results in trademark infringement. Such trademarks used in the website may not be copied or used without express written permission as they may be subjects of restrictions imposed by their owners.

Notices and Newsletter

We may provide you with notices in the following ways:
Via a banner or a pop-up within the website
By e-mail address you provided us
Through any other means provided us
For example, we will send you an email if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

If you, as a visitor or a registered user, subscribe to our newsletter, you acknowledge and agree that you will allow Videowhoa to send you email news, notifications or any other marketing material. You have the choice to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the unsubscribe button at the end of every email.

Limitation of liability

Videowhoa does not take responsibility for any damage resulting from displaying, copying or downloading the materials, services or tools found on our website by a user’s third party software. It is each user’s responsibility to uphold and respect the copyright laws of other users.

Videowhoa makes no warranties about the content quality of the product, information or other material obtained by users through the use of our website and services.

Videowhoa does not warrant that the information on the website is always true, error-free, complete or accurate.

If your use of Videowhoa somehow results in injury to other people or damage to any property, Videowhoa is not responsible for those costs.

Termination and Suspension

Videowhoa may at any time terminate or suspend your account including but not limited to for breaching by you of any warranties or obligations under these terms of Service. We may suspend your account for any length of time and while being under suspension, you may not purchase any product or service from Videowhoa. However, you will have access to all your items purchased prior to suspension.

If you want to terminate your account or subscription, you may do so through your profile settings, at any time by logging into your account or subscription page.


These Terms of Use, together with Videowhoa Privacy Policy or any other legal or fee notices provided to you by Videowhoa, forms the entire agreement between you and Videowhoa concerning your use of Videowhoa website and services.

In case you fail to comply with the Terms of Service in any way or form, Videowhoa may suspend your access to the website, forbid you from accessing the services, block computers using your IP address or contact your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website; and bring court proceedings against you.

By using Videowhoa you agree that the points set forth in the Terms of use are moderate. If you do not have confidence in their moderation, please, do not use the service.

Changes to this Terms of Service

Videowhoa reserves the right to change its Terms of Use at any time in accordance with current law requirements or at its sole discretion after service updates. In case of significant changes we’ll notify our registered active users via email or other means provided to us.
